Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple releases, develop project plans consisting of planned activities and milestones
• Ensure that the overall plan is kept updated and project activities are undertaken and completed as per project milestones
• Execution of stand-ups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, pre-planning, sprint demos.
• Removing impediments and distractions in the sprints and being the interface of the team.

• Formal documentation – including project test plans, reports and proposals when necessary
• Check/Review the Test Case documents.
• Implement the functional testing automation via Selenium.
• Keep track of the new requirements/change in requirements of the Project.
• Organize the status meetings and send the Sprint Release Notes to the Client
• Defect management and reporting – Communicating defect issues to PMO and client
• Take ownership for system test activities and manage integration testing in AGILE env.
• Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
