This project provides insights to the Operational Metrics of Power and Water group through “Landing Page”. This portal is used in the monthly presentation to VP of the company to give the overview of the various metrics. Future scope of this project is to build the portal for the Sub Groups under Power and Water. This will be monitored by the GM of each group. Future scope of this project is to automate the addition and merger of any organization or sub-organization under Power and water group.

This project provides insights to the Operational Programs provided by an organization to their employees through various reports.

The basic aim of this project was to convert all the reports preseny in Cognos toSpotfire reports so as to provide easiest way of handling data for end user andminimize their time and effort .

Multiple similar Cognos reports were combined ina single Spotfire dashboard to reduce repetitive development.

Reports were automated as much as possible with extensive use of iron python andjavascript functionality available in Spotfire.Cover page was designed Using HTML layouts , Action Control and property controls.
