This Project is about providing the Service to Windows Operating System. This project involves regression testing and debugging of the server components in Windows OS as part of Serviceability. High quality testing of Hot fixes, General distribution releases (Windows Updates) and Service packs for Windows OS flavors that are to be released by Microsoft on timely basis. This includes testing and debugging the issues exposed by the OS. The testing and debugging must be carried out on both 32 bit and IA64 platforms and on English and German languages. I was involved in running the automated and manual tests. Analyzing the failures and debugging the breaks in test execution, adding test cases for the bugs fixed and improving the test coverage by using the code coverage tools.
