It is a value-added portal for Bank and its clients by having two websites, one for client usage and another for bank employee usage. Clients access their trade details soon after trading via internet and either affirm them if financial and settlement details are correct or dispute hem if any discrepancies are found on the trade details. Bank employees can monitor all trades and can act on dispute trades.
iConfirm eliminates the need for the operations department confirmation of these trades via the telephone in keeping with the Best Practices of the FX Committee
