Scrum Master Role :-

• Facilitated Sprint Ceremonies / Events
• Facilitated sessions with Team for PB Refinement
• Facilitated session with PO for PB ordering / User Stories creation
• Facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives Events.
• Ensuring any impediments reported by the team get resolved on a timely manner.
• Information Radiators shared with verticals for Sprint
• Inculcated the agile way of working within the development and the client teams
• Validation of EMV Level 2 contact applications developed using EMV kernel app specifications.
• Validation of POS Credit, Debit, Gift applications on Ingenico Terminals.
• Review of functional specifications
• Coordinating for QC activities with Client on daily basis by Leading daily calls
• Creation / Review of process documents as required by client.
• Review of testing artifices as created by team to confirm it meets the business requirements and systems goals, fulfilling end-user requirements, and identifying existing or potential issues
• Initiating of estimation sessions for task ,risk identification
• RCA of Bugs reported by client post release (in house testing)
• Performing Sanity / Regression / Updating of Test artefacts as when required as per Host requirement.
• Communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
• Creation of Status Reports weekly for Team Task

• Verification of application behaviour on physical devices
