FCR- Flex Cube Retail Banking application is used onboard individual & corporate customer for Uganda & Kenya those are eligible for saving account, personal loan & credit card.

Project Name: RM Desktop.  (Banking for Enhancement and System Development).

My Role: Worked as a senior ORACLE, PLSQL, ETL (Informatica Power Center) developer within the RM Desktop support team.

RM Desktop is designed to support frontline staff in managing existing and winning new customer relationships and includes key functionality such as KYC, customer mailing and product forms amongst others. This includes responsibility for.

• Exception Reporting of data feeds mostly of a technical nature, internally and externally.
• Legal Entity and prospecting data maintenance.
• Various reporting requirements via Business Objects, including exception reporting and MI reporting.
• Work with relevant parties such as the Central KYC team, Marketing and various data suppliers.
