Currently, I was associated with Opsramp as a Technical Account Manager wherein I am responsible for participating and executing deliverables during each phase of the lifecycle of the implementation at a client environment. I am also responsible for account management for all business and technical requests from assigned customer accounts. Delivering high-quality solutions to the clients has been the major focus of my career for the past 13+ years. As my resumé highlights, I have consistently provided the leadership & direction to achieve project milestones and the key to my success was the ability to adapt to the work and technological environments.

While my on-job experience has molded me into an astute leader, however, my knowledge also encompasses:
