Support System monitors the system collecting and logging state and status of different Smartlock400-GP interlocking equipment such as trackside objects, communication equipment and links, providing alarms management function for diagnostics, fault repairing procedures and maintenance strategy.

It also allows operator, with proper privileges access, to certain functions of the interlocking, to apply signalling restrictions on trackside objects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Involved in Requirement Specification, Design, and Development and for new framework for IXL-Support System.
  • Involved in the planning and Strategy, code proposal for SW Hardening Roadmap (IXL-Support System).

Static analysis is performed using Klocwork tool and fixed issues.

Imaging allows to boot any machine in PXE environment and user can take the image and store it in shared folder or external disk and later they can restore the same image in any other machine.

Multicast Image Set bundles use an image that is previously taken from a device and stored on an Imaging Server. The image is sent to multiple devices at one time to reimage them, rather than being sent one time for each device, thus saving on network bandwidth usage
