This was an existing application written in old technologies. It was required to give this application a new look. I redesigned and created the brand new application using Angular.

It was needed that a portal is created where it would be possible to monitor various ticket counts for all the clients. It was required that the dashboard displaying ticket counts should be created for display on big screens such as a TV/Projectors. It is currently live and being used by many teams.

I gathered requirements, designed the pages(HTML), designed the Angular(v7) application(Architecture) and developed the application. I had a vague set of requirements to take, all the excel work related to shift roster, online for all the teams. Each team could have different Team Leads who will be responsible for shift assignments and each resource could be a part of multiple teams. NOTE: Mobile screen support was not required but it was required to be responsive without putting in much effort.

Converted 26 XD designs to HTML/SCSS/JS using bootstrap and webpack for build. Attached are only few of them.
