TELOK MELANO COMMUNITY PROJECT I was the Project Director for the Telok Melano Community Project. As a project director, it was my duty to lead and manage the project team. Before we decided on how to help the village people of Telok Melano, a recce was done and we had multiple visits and discussions with the village head. I also monitored the project and is always communicating with all the head of units to ensure that the project is completed within the specified deadline. I was in constant communication with the head of all units to ensure timely completion of the project before deadlines.
