Hired to be part of a team to manage and assist clients with multiple varying database administration duties. Design and implement programming, space issues and maintenance plans.

 SQL Server as performance tuning Subject Matter “Expert”
 Mentor and lead teams of sizes from 4 to 12 directly. 
 Work with employees to improve their processes, and help guide to success within company
 Work with clients on engagement improvement opportunities
 Moderate Azure DbaaS, PaaS experience, primarily in tuning
 SQL Server Disaster recovery including Availability Groups, Traditional Clustering, Transnational Replication, Log Shipping, Mirroring and, of course, backups
 Database migrations and upgrades to on prem and Azure
 Encryption/Decryption by certificate/key/password
 Perform health checks on instances for client and make recommendations for best practices, improvements and DR
 High pressure problem assessments
 Customer interaction/management
