Monitor all the applications daily for pro-activitely checking whether everything is good.
Resolve all the tickets within the specified SLA.
Create JIRA/RCA whenever a new issue has occurred in the PROD and resolve it.
With SQL developer, we will generate the extracts based on the user request.
Create a change ticket and record the changes whenever there is a existing change in the application.
As a support project, year end activities and monthly closure will be performed in all applications.
Create a new process or job whenever required based on the business request.
Check whether all the Jaspersoft reports are generated else need to generate the report manually.
