Perform debuging and resolving System Issues based on Applications support and assisting Business Analyst for Business Operations Requests BORs and creating neccessary tickets for escalations as needed. Work on Upper Envrionments and troubleshooting using splunk, perform deployments using Udeploy and Jenkings for CI. Escalating to the right teams when necessary. Perform Unix batch operations for various jobs and Using Sql statements for retrieving Clients Information as needed by Business Puposes as needed by The Analyst.
