Secure SSL/TLS communication and load balance of ICA traffic with NetScaler VPX appliance. Monitor & reporting the server’s performance using ConnectWise LabTech Automate tool on daily basis.

Administering the Application Virtualization system health to ensure reliability of server applications. Implement and enhance strategies to increase reliability and decrease cost of application delivery technology. Participate on projects as needed and provide detailed plans and documentation to meet project deliverables. Develop plans on how to make the environment more stable and supportable and communicate or present to management. Manage Application Virtualization system standards and ensure standards are implemented and followed.
