The IFS Diary Event Management process starts when a deal between bank and client is completed. Diary events are basically set of activities those needs to execute on timely manner till the deal expiration. This application is used to automate all the manual activities using Tibco AMXBPM and BW.

The Claims & Disputes process begins when the customer approaches bank to resolve a disagreement about a transaction or other services that had occurred in the account. Customer may contact the Bank either on phone or in person at a branch or send an email to resolve some dispute, concerns, unrecognized charges, disagreements with product characteristics such as interest rate and fees. Any case where bank officer evaluates genuinely of the concern through various customer inquiry / background data verification and register a case to resolve. Bank officer addresses this concern of the customer first evaluating and suggesting the resolution process that can happen for the process. The Mexico Dispute project is designed to do all these manual works automated using BW (ESB) and AMXBPM.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in all the initial POCs required for the project, finalizing design and development of TIBCO BW and AMXBPM modules.
• Interaction with business for requirement gathering, planning, estimation.
• BPM workflow designing using Tibco AMXBPM.
• Developing ESB Web Services (HTTP & JMS) to interact with Mainframe using Tibco BW.

• Involved in the analysis and evaluation of the business requirement and transformation of the same into technical and functional requirements.
• Design and developing BW Services.

• Testing the deploying BW service integration with BPM in dev, sit, and uat environments.
