Research Reuters Systems and propose solution to develop interface middleware to integrate Citibank Sysytems with Reuters newly migrated Systems. Web Application was developed using Java, J2EE technologies.

Citibank operates its automatic trading system using trade execution engine at backend. Cats-ls brokers operate connecting to this trade execution engine. At present Broker System interfaces with Cats-ls using MQ message service. This project was to create a new Cats-ls interface for Broker System using FIX protocol on ttConnect Engine. The new interface should provide similar level of functionality as similar as the existing MQ interface.

Standard Bank built new Business Online (nBOL) product under the programme Tanzanite for its Corporate banking customers. This is being used by Nigeria, Uganda customers to make third party, own transfers and to download balance and statements. New releases are planned to be rolled out in Tanzania, Ghana, Mauritius.

Barclays Retail banking and Corporate Banking system uses eBox (Middleware Server) & Brains (Online & Offline components) for catering to the various services for it’s customers via online and offline transactions. This exercise was to enable Barclays migrate from eBox, BRAINS and it’s associated interfaces to new set of interfaces & Flexcube platform to support all features and functionalities as exists currently. Aimed at migrating Barclays middleware to use Flexcube in retail banking space for Africa, Europe region.
