● Worked REMOTE from my home office in Lehi, Utah.
● Worked as an architect to construct and build from scratch a fulfillment application to support the
following for their clients:
○ Uploading a batch of orders
○ Submit orders to a 3PL JDE full order and inventory system
○ Managing the status of orders
■ Allowing users to resubmit failed orders
○ Managing Inventory
■ Dashboard for viewing current Inventory availability, soon to expire, etc.
■ Allow users to notify PharmatechLabs of Inventory items that will be sent to
PharmatechLabs ○ Message Center that contains a list of messages from the system to inform the user of success
and failed actions. Messages also have attachments that contain a list of order invoices and
descriptions that further explain the state of an order.
○ Report Center that contains the ability to run reports that can viewed in .pdf and printed. These
reports contain various statistical data important to each PharmatechLabs client.

● Built a Front-end UI/UX interface for inhouse customer support personnel to interact with Exigo, a larger
application that manages the company’s day to day operations. The front-end application was built
entirely from scratch however needed to interact with existing Exigo web services to keep both in sync.
● Built internal wrapper .Net Web API Web Services to manage custom business needs requested by
product owners to modify incoming / outgoing information from the custom front-end interface.
● Collaborated with Project Managers and Product Owners to coordinate Demo’s and continual
communication to ensure the success of the project.

● Worked at the Corporate office in Honolulu, Hawaii
● Worked on production level severity 1 & 2 bugs with a high level of expectation and short time window,
typically 1 hour.
● Worked on a team that consisted of inhouse developers and offshore developers located in India to
create a close to 24-hour development cycle.
● Project consisted of adding a new feature to the Hawaiian Airlines checkout portion the website. The new
feature was the ability to add a bundle of either Hotel, Rental Cars, or a Hotel Shuttle to your airline ticket
with various levels of discounts applied based on a sophisticated set of rules around what was bundled,
when, where, and if codeshare airlines were involved in the original ticket. This consisted of a large
amount of AngularJS, HTML, CSS, .Net Web API Services, NServiceBus, and Sitecore knowledge.
NServiceBus was used to maintain the state a user was in during the checkout process as it needed to
account for long periods of time when the user was not active, or the user needed to make changes at any
time during the process.
● Many 3PL Api’s were used during the process of gathering flight information. Interacting and
troubleshooting 3PL Api’s played a large role in this position.
● Used Sitecore on various aspects of individual projects within the Hawaiian Airlines company.
