I have over 40 years of experience in the mainframe environment  as a programmer, senior programmer, systems analyst, senior systems analyst, business analyst and program manager. I was the lead person that gathered the requirements, wrote the sp...ness analyst and program manager. I was the lead person that gathered the requirements, wrote the specs, and gave the developers guidance. I also wrote code myself, and tested it prior to user acceptance. I was also responsible for any data conversions necessary to facilitate the change, and turn on the new changes. I am a quick learner, and have never gotten a requirement from a user that I could not meet. I have always made any system I wrote, easy to use with as few user inputs or screens as possible. I have been very instrumental in creating data usable with Microsoft tools, and taking data from those tools to be used in the mainframe system. This includes  EDI, warehouse management, bank data transfers, reporting, e-mails from the mainframe, and many more. I have excellent business analyst skills, and also great technical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. I have always had positive experience in providing customer service for systems users. I never had a business deadline given to me I did not meet, or a problem I could not solve.
