It was designed and developed to source and provision mortgage data from multiple Systems of Record also known as SORs. It conforms the inputs to a standard data model within an operational data store and provisions out to client applications. 

This project facilitates data load to & fro between heterogeneous data sets in the enterprise for example AS400 systems, Oracle, SQL Server & File systems. This project uses SSIS as the ETL tool utilizing the C# scripting.

This project constitutes of different teams like Hardware Compatibility Research Team, Availability, Readiness, Quality and Tools teams. Hardware Compat Team researches volumes of data which is collected by Microsoft from various sources like CNET, NPD, Lyra etc. This Data is prioritized and then processed to the team for researching the date to know the compatibility status based on certain defined Business Rules. This is mainly used to verify compatibility of Devices over new Operating Systems like Windows 7. The process involves Prioritization, Research, Ensuring Quality, and publishing on the Windows Compatibility Site. The Compatibility status is determined by researching the IHV Sites and other sources of date and hence forth updating the same information over the Windows Compatibility site. This helps Microsoft attain compatibility for almost all devices available in the market and in turn helps Microsoft increase in OS Sales. Other teams like Availability and Readiness teams interact with the IHV’s on need basis and get/provide feedback on the status of their devices with respect to Compatibility. The Tools team supports the portfolio by providing automated scripts to speed up the overall process. The Project uses SQL Server 2008 as its database to research compatibility of Devices over new Operating Systems like Windows 7.

CBRM is a systematic integrated enterprise solution across the enterprise to ensure consistent reporting to the CRAs that are currently receiving the Bank of America credit reporting data.

This complex solution involves processing/ingesting the Credit Report Files from different LOBs/SORs and performing data validity checks based on pre-defined business rules. The data that has passed will then be sent to CRAs and feedback from CRAs will be again be ingested into CBRM. This feedback data is sent to SORs for their analysis and dispute rectification.

Mortgage Data Exchange is an operational data store for centralized provisioning of mortgage data to downstream applications and reporting platforms.

It conforms the inputs to a standard data model within an operational data store and provisions out to client applications.  MDX has the capability to not only receive and provision mortgage related data in batches, but also receive and provision in Near Real Time with very low latency.  

MDX was instituted as a primary Hub/Data Repository for all the Business needs serving/hosting 100+ LOBs replacing several disparate SORs ( System-Of-Record).

IR2 Next Gen Reporting provides quality controlled user friendly services to The Sales & Relationship management, Operations and Finance departments. It gives insights into inbound and outbound services to Operations Department to not only monitor and maintain the Loan Modification process but also to control and maintain changing Treasury rules and requirements in an efficient manner.

The DMO Workbench provides a centralized location for operational report delivery that enables visibility, centralization, automation, and transparency for data quality initiatives. This Corporate DMO application provides visibility to records identified and prioritized for data cleansing activities.
