It covers 3 main regions US, Canada (English/French), EMEA regions. We have 4 main modules in the project which are more critical applications been handled.

Config portal is a web based tool that automates and manages the end to end process of configuration requirements gathering exercise of Maconomy ERP rollout in a much more efficient and effective way by improving user experience and maintain the integrity and accuracy of data all through the process. It provides vide variety of functionalities to various users who manages the configuration pack work-flow through different tab groups. It provides rich functionalities like creating build files that will be fed as input to Maconomy ERP import programs, and Excel Exported output files which will be used by CFO users

GSK have different products , EForms is the internal GSk product which Customer can monitor the reports, Invoices,Payment Process, Fitness Subsidies, Insurance Claim process, Expenses Reports, Data Centers etc are all the modules been processed.

PRIME is the Pricing Estimation tool mainly developed for Finanace Department to calculate the Pricing and Bidding the Pricing like Revenue and EBIDTA ( P and L Summary). Project mainly contains the User Administration contains Creating New Users taking from LDAP process to validate the Prime Users. Master Admin screens like C&B cost, Transactional Masters etc.,. Pricing having the base functionality starts with CRM ID and Customer Names. Each CRM have their Own roles like Bid Owner. Based on the CRM and role input level screens will be restricted to edit/modify. After successful login with LDAP, dashboard data filterd based on IBU/IBG/Cluster CRMs will be loaded. On clicking the dashboard, navigation happens to Input screens DEAL BACKGROUND, DEAL CONSTRUCT, RESOURCE LOADING SHEET, PROJCT COSTS, BOUGHT OUTS, DEAL COMMERCIALS ( PROFIT AND LOSS SUMMARY).

Details will be seen by filtering with IBG and IBU code for security to avoind like mapped CRMS cannot be visible to other which doesnt have permissions. Deal Background : Deal Background having the CRM details on the top portion and below portion contains all the input data which needs to entered by Bid Manager like Project Duration, RFP submission date, Project start date, Project End Date etc, Deal Construct : Efforts Type(Months/Years wise), Towers, Competency, Countries, Sub towers inputs. RLS : Resource Loading sheet have all the efforts entered for towers for year wise rates and provision to add multiple rows efforts to be entered. Project Costs : Project Costs which have category types like Travel, Laptops, Desk Costs, location specific(Onshore/Client location) can be entered. Bought Outs : Its the buying the softwares taking it from vendors like laptops( vendors like HP/DELL etc.,). Deal Commercial : After entering all the efforts, deal summary have the p and l generated report calculating the profit and loss summary with revenue and EBIDTA(%) calculations report. Account rate Card : Mapping the rate card for each Account masters. This can be changed or created by finance admins.

This Project mainly Illustrate the Insurance product to the Customers. Customers can view the Insurance Products and selects the Products. In back ground project contains the CALC ENGINE, where the Customers can see the policy calculations( Accident Benefit, Non smoker, smoker standards etc.,)

This project coded for School Management, attendance, payroll process and internal library management, Admissions, fee Management, Timetable, Finance, Transportation and examination Managements. This project aids the management to take care of the above said activities in a very sophisticated manner. Each employee attendance is calculated as on monthly basis and generates reports. Students attendances and Grades are calculated generate reports. Exams can be conducted online. Security features are provided for the concerned operations. Also this project is aimed to generate Timetable information.
