Bonus Reversal Projects are from the Membership Rewards Portfolio and LOC Projects are from Card Member Servicing Portfolio. These all projects deal with the membership rewards where in customer’s swipes in and receive, redeem it and servicing. All are enhancement projects to provide more value and flexibility to the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Defining Test Strategy, Approach and Framework for the Testing including Scope, RISKs, ISSUEs, Dependencies and Assumptions
• Analyze the Functional / System / Regression Requirements and Write the Test Cases for all the Capabilities
• Make sure Test Plan is prepared with all the dependencies and aligned with all the testing and test support teams
• Made sure 100% Test Coverage through RTM
• Make sure both Testing and Quality Assurance aspects are as per standards
• Execute the Functional / System / Regression Test Cases and take the screenshots and update the Results in the HP QC
• Defect Management: OPEN the identified Defects in HP-QC and ASSIGN it the Developer
• Track the Defect for fixing, Retest it and CLOSE the Defect in the QC

• Pegasus to Globe-star AR (Accounts Receivable) Migration:

 American Express Technologies had migrated the Accounts Receivable Platform from Pegasus to Globe-star for Mexico Market. It consists of total 13 work streams with 140 impacted applications. They have covered all the Amex serviced card products.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the User Acceptance Testing for all the work stream
• Single Point of Contact (POC) for the UAT Activity
• Prepare and Manage the Detailed UAT Test Plan
• Analyzing the Requirements, develop the Test Case for the UAT Testing
• Coordinate and Review the UAT Test Cases with the Business Owners
• Receive the Test Case Sign-off from the Business and maintain in the Share point
• Setup the HP-QC (ALM) and make sure the UAT Test Cases are Uploaded and Mapped it to the Requirements
• Make sure 100% RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) – All the Business Requirements are mapped with the UAT Test Cases
• Execute the UAT Functional / System Test Cases and update the results in the QC
• Execute the Regression Test Cases for the Applications
• Coordinating the Test Data and Test Environments for UAT Testing
• Periodic reporting to the E2E PMO and Business
• Make sure All the Defects and Test cases are completed at the End of the Testing

At the End of the UAT Testing, receive the Sign-off from the UAT Testing team and Business before the Code Deployment

• PESB Work Stream

PESB Work stream: The PESB project introduces the Tibco messaging bus and new code for the integration between Golden Source and Latent Zero (UK Integration), Golden Source and Charles River (US Integration); therefore, it is crucial to verify that with the new system there is no degradation of the current performance.

Responsibilities:

• Worked in Agile methodology. Attended Daily standup meetings. Developed Test cases based on the user stories (Functional requirements).

• Work with Technical Architects and Project Manager to understand the scope of the project.
• Prepare and Review Test Plan and Test Strategy documents.
• As a member of the Scrum team participated in daily standup meetings, project status meetings as well as retrospective meetings and iteration reviews.
