 Assisted with the redesign of a Web-based communication tool for a manufacturing client.  Wireframed and prototyped software interactions using Axure RP Team.  Worked in an Agile (Scrum) development environment.  Annotated designs to facilitate understanding and consumption by the Development team

 Increased the usability of a Web-based B2B communication tool.  Performed heuristic evaluation of current tool to reveal fundamental usability problems.  Assisted with implementing suggested design improvements in an Agile environment.  Interviewed users to uncover desired workflows and pain points.
