Personal Learning Portal (PLP). A simplified learner’s dashboard. It provides a standard yet flexible approach that can be customized to Member Firm needs and personalized to individual learning needs. This is the first step towards completely changing user experience when it comes to learning.

This app allows learners to view current and history of learning items, plan their learning and launch the eLearning content from one location. Allow learners to manage most of their learning activities without having to access the learning management system directly. There more features are being actively developed and managed such as ratings & reviews and yammer integration etc.,.

This application is designed and developed using ubiquitous application architecture (Single page app). This makes it for very easy deployment to different SharePoint/CQ5 platforms using html web part.

We have leveraged Asp.net Web APIs for restful service implementation. Javascript frameworks such as KnockoutJS for client side MVVM and crossroads with hasher is used for client side routing and navigation. Secured all the APIs using DACS. This architecture not only provided easy deployment but also premium user experience.
