The TexConnect - MCCO Portal application will provide Managed Care Compliance and Operations (MCCO) with a solution for performance monitoring data analysis and deliverables tracking of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). MCCO oversees the MCO's service plans and monitors contractual compliance
