This was not a regular CRM because it had several unusual business requirements. Fir instance, the entity making the pruchase was not necessarily the same entity that renewed the contract, and it was also possible that the same business entity would later break up into multiple separate entities. Designed the entire database of the solution, and also the web APIs. This product was developed as an internal chat client for the development team, and one of the motivating factors for its development was to test-drive the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), which was a new technology at that time.

The client needed an email marketing control panel that would allow enterprise users to import their existing email lists from third-party email service providers, segregate and maintain complete demographic profiles of the list, and so on. The system needed to be multi-tenanted.
