Broadspire is looking to revamp and create a white label self service portal for its clients and claimants, this will be used for the accident and health division of Broadspire’s business to begin with and expanded to other lines of business. Broadspire wants to make it a one stop solution in place of the multiple systems being used currently with an engaging user experience and seamless integration with their internal systems.

Currently the claimants are using the MyClaimsAgent portal for viewing claims status and uploading documents, and the Broadspire team is using Affinity management system, Affinity Desktop & Portal (Appian)
