I have been involved into several projects to build a telehealth solution within Rejuvyo Health LLC.

Solution provides several services like COVID-19 testing, On-demand/Urgent care, Primary care, Post-
acute care, Tele-specialties connection, RPM/CGM.

As a VP of development team and full stack web engineer, I involved in direct meeting with stakeholders
to receive business goals and requirements, and designed technical implementation in terms of
achieving fast turnaround business goals with profit and long running & improvement architecture.
I started as an only developer for this start-up company to build MVP and achieved on boarding of one
of earliest telehealth echo system. I have worked on prototyping service composed of web application
and mobile application and build team to support it by technology.
The system was built with legacy technologies and made migration to modern ones on going.
There are several technical stacks used for each pile of projects composing the solution.

HandCrowd is a cloud-type to-do list that supports work improvement for individuals and teams by disassembling work into flows.
I did the job for the system from prototyping and implement to deployment and maintenance.

ECR is a educational affiliative serivce, which is a teaching material sharing platform as well as a market place for teachers and students to share and sell educational stuffs.

The system is targeting on Chinese students and teachers and providing millions of concurrent access for service.

I have worked as project manager and team lead to build team, analyze business requirement, design architecture and manage progress.

This project is to capture the match and composite the informations of the match on the captured image, to stream to the streaming server so that users can view the match with real time and full informations.

I have built the capture/composite/encode/stream parts of this project. It support the common cameras and special camera like decklink.

It composite the dynamic contect with OpenGL. It uses ffmpeg to encode/stream. This project is now used for many sport's events.
