Bug fixes to existing connectors with other social platforms, feature development, unit test development.

Integrate the Jive platform with Google Drive, GMail, Facebook, Bugzilla, Twitter, and other social platforms so that a post, message or file that is added in the connected social platform can be copied, discussed in Jive platform (and also updated on the originating social platform), use of the public APIs to connect and synchronize content.

Principal Software Engineer in Advanced Customer Services group,

developed number of internal tools and applications (some customer facing) to automate customer services in area of Oracle RDBMS performance tuning, problem solving, direct 3-tier customer support.
Projects I worked on included (in chronological order):
- Porting of the platform specific Oracle 10g RDBMS code from Solaris to all other supported platforms, running platform specific tests, fixing build and platform specific bugs identified in tests
- Implementing internal data access hub leveraging Enterprise Security feature of the RDBMS
- Develop series of internal web applications that automate number of activities and manual tasks in the Advanced Customer Services group, including:
  * Database and EBiz suite performance (and/or configuration) review service, performance data analysis and report of findings generation as direct deliverable to customer
  * Automated contract generation integrated Siebel ERP suite
  * Database Performance Benchmarking, Database Migration Assurance analysis as services available to customer within ACS Portal in self-service mode

Developing the core part of the Meveto product which consists of two parts:
Authentication & Authorization engine
Back-end for the web site and customer support pages

Applied Spring Security to implement authorization engine using OAuth2 process, develop sample connectors to PHP and Java stack based web sites, Optimized existing back-end code for performance.
Managed the move from AWS cloud to Google cloud and later on to Digital Ocean cloud as well.
