PCR is transparent information-rich process driven technology
platform for digital transactions in securities of unlisted companies. This Process involves entities
like Investor, Sponsor, Company, and Administrator. Onboarding(Social Logins), Express of interest,
Subscription offer, Allocation(using Security Allocation algorithm), Fund settlement, and Closure
are the main steps performed in this process.

Created a platform to organize and store corporate information
such as KYC (for Companies Director, CA, & CS), shareholding data, events, profile share with a
partner, and corporate actions.

Developed this platform, based on the idea of fractional
ownership where many owners invest in a single property. The Process involves Onboarding,
Investor KYC, Property registration and Primary Property sell Processes.
