• Recovered a CMS troubled-project at Humana that had delayed a $4M sale in additional software and services; the client became a reference client for CA due to project success.
• Delivered $2-3M in services annually; up-sold additional $125K in new business to existing clients.
• Managed four project teams involving off-shore and on-shore resources for Yellow Freight (YRCW) over a two-year period and a program budget of $8M; utilizing ITIL Service Delivery processes.

• Managed Agile software development team creating web-based replacement for 15-year-old forecasting system.
