·         Domain, Notification dealing based on the SLA

·         SCORM content conversion.

·         Assessment and Evaluation Survey creation (LMS and AMS)

·         Content testing (SCORM, AICC, Deployed SCORM and FILE)

·         L2 and L3 Development/Support.

·         Problem analysis incident management.

·         Unit testing and monitor & co-ordinate with support team for quality technical support Implementation Project and Migration project SABA 5.4 to 5.5

·         Understanding business process operations/Tickets handing and objectives to utilize the knowledge on engagements, analyze workflow to design solutions.

·         Gather requirements and providing them best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project.

·         Managing day to day operational aspects, Communication Management, Process and Quality Management, Status Reporting and Engagement Reviews, etc.

·         Providing L2 and L3 Support for Saba and Centra (a product of Saba used for Web meeting/symposium/events).

·         Maintenance and upgrading of SLT Curriculum targeted towards SLT Transportation (SLT) Users using Sum Total LMS.

·         This involves maintenance of 40+ courses in a single curriculum.

·         Work Involves Course hosting, Exams creation, assigning/ removing TA/TD curricula to users based on email requests.

·         Sending weekly reports to Stakeholders.

·         Also the same courses / Exams are hosted for SLT (external) users in using Moodle and Sum Total LMS.
