An integrated solution using Oracle RODOD stacks such as OBRM, OSM for NextGen Digital Services delivered as a service by the Oracle Consulting. It integrated the Oracle CPQ cloud for preparing the quote and push to Siebel to the downstream RODOD system for Order fulfilment

Unified Next Gen Solution consists of Oralce’s CX solution and RODOD. Is a RODOD Cloud strategy for Oracle PaaS, IaaS, focused on Enterprise Digital Services and IOT. Integrated with Oracle CPQ without Siebel in the downstream RODOD system for order Fulfilment.

Project included presentation of proof of concept, which includes a technical study of the current implementation, challenges due to the migration and demonstrated successfully the migration capability to FT of the existing DCB OFR 6.5 implementation towards BRM 7.4. Orange France Telecom’s Data and Content Billing (DCB) system currently runs over BRM 6.5+Sp2 platform. Based on FT requirement, Capgemini proposed addressing the migration of the current DCB OFR system to BRM 7.4 and Linux. The Migration strategy is defined with FT at the beginning of projects. Strategy is defined according to impacts on the following - Impact on revenue; Identification of potential loss; Identification of potential service switch off; Identification of third party applications impacts and alignment of evolution projects (for instance identification on AGAP, FusionWorks impacts). This migration is done in 2 phases as Phase 1- migration of prepaid customers with creation of a dedicated application; Phase 2- migration of post-paid customers
