Project 1: MI Mastercard Integration

Brief overview:

MI is a new suite of solutions offered by PTS providing a single platform for debit, credit

and prepaid using services as well as POS and ATM acquiring services and value

added services including loyalty services, fraud and risk products

Contribution : Worked as a Scrum Master and project manager for delivering MI Parity Features, some of the key features delivery include Money Send Originations, Invoice Generation, Bulk Upload , Masterpass etc.

Coordinate with the development team, Onsite Project Test Leads to monitor and resolve testing issues with the SDLC model. Provided overall project management strategy and oversight . Partnered with Business Project Management staff to manage and deliver customer projects on time and budget. Multi-task between releases, install activities and prioritize tasks for next release.

Review Business Requirements Document (BRD), Change Requests (CRs), create Status Reports for the complete project and have daily and weekly meeting with Stakeholders. Plan and Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) until the product is successfully launched.

❖ Preparing Software Architecture Document.

❖ Arranging Daily stand up meetings, Sprint Meetings, Retrospective meetings.

❖ Preparation of weekly status report for the offshore resources using data mining methodology.

❖ Preparation of unit test Plans & Results.

❖ Monitoring and maintaining defects through its entire life cycle status and resolution through the daily defects call.

❖ Coordinate with Business, in scope planning & execution phases.

❖ Assisting the team throughout the testing process.

❖ Designed an automation hybrid framework which reports all SEO metatags and notifies webcrawling and dead URLs.

❖ Designed a framework which does the happy testing and smoke test of all the portals.

❖ Documented all API results present in the E-Commerce portals using automation.

❖ Designed an architecture for basic pixel tracking for E-Commerce projects to know customer behaviour, customer preference and serve them best.

❖ Documented hourly, weekly and monthly user conversion ratio, most ordered designs, most viewed designs etc.

❖ Designed a framework which compares image pixel by pixel for Design Tool Implementation project to verify the quality of an image

❖ Documented project migration designs.

● Among one of the key members who was in BAU support for the application. During the turn, it was 24X7 support need to be provided.

● Preparationof online and DB2 environment whenever there was a rollout of AFEWS product in a new country.

● Modifying/ Writing the new online and batch programs and testing them.

● Preparation of unit test Plans & Results.

● Preparation of test cases and planning for execution.

● Assisted QA team in writing functional test plan and executing the test scenarios.
