The scope of the project is to create and maintain Security Transfer from one Demat account to other. It involves end to end management by providing platform to place order at the front desk in Bank or Order placement using SWIFT messages, back office screens for processing order in place, European tax handling, incoming and outgoing SWIFT handling and batch process to settle the order and book the positions

The scope of the project is to provide production support activities of bookkeeping system of the bank. It involves end to end support of batch starting from batch scheduling, system monitoring, analyzing fails and giving resolution. Other major activities include branch mergers, branch spit and handling support for month end activities.

Worked on various enhancement modules like interest rate change, tax rate changes, personal information updates, branch related information update, branch merger, branch split and month end activities. • Creation of HLD (High level design) from provided business requirement sheet. • Code development based on the designed solution. • Work allocation to team members, ensuring complete and effective utilization of resources. • Train associates on various processes related to the project. • Daily status and query resolution call with onsite coordinators. • Preparing daily dashboard to provide system status update to client. • HLD and SIT walk thru call with client, sharing the proposed solution and testing results to ensure quality of the design and deliverables. • Providing L3 support for batch activities in UK shift. • Automation of regular manual tasks using REXX and VBA macros.
