Optimisation of connectivity across 40 locations which including vendor consolidation, cost optimisation, bandwidth optimisation and redundancy building as per requirement

Decision was taken to migrate entire infrastructure from existing datacentre provider to another service provider along with upgrade of servers, storage & other attached components like switches, firewalls. This was to bring in stability & future scalability to DC infrastructure

Project aimed at establishment of Data Center Infrastructure on hybrid model of standalone & private cloud for primary and disaster recovery sites for the organization. Being a start-up, strategy adopted, was to opt a hybrid model (Owned Infra + Private cloud) was suggested and implemented for Primary as well as DR site, in order to restrict the spend till company is fully live.

When Birla Sun Life went ahead with adopting mobility in big way with Sales Lead Management System, one of the challenges ware to protect the data on mobile devices, to be used by sales force and also to provide instant resolution to the issues faced by people on the field. Evaluation of multiple MDM solutions were done and based on different parameters, SOTI MobiControl was chosen as the preferred solution. This project was to implement this solution that not only secured the data on mobile devices but also helped in enhancing confidence of app users due to instant remote resolution of their issues by helpdesk.
