Led and helped at the Architectural and design level to deliver consulting projects surrounding Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation/Migration for different clients with the use of Amazon Web Services such as EC2, S3, EMR, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, AWS Trusted Advisor, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation etc. Helped clients migrate their entire On-Premise Infrastructure into AWS Cloud Environment using AWS Automated Migration Tool. Engaged the clients in Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA) and Migration Resource Planning (MRP) in order to have an assessment of the client’s readiness for Cloud Computing.

Worked on the Block-Chain Fabric Composer platform with a team of 12 members (8 in the United States and 4 in India), which defines a Business Network that is a representation of a shared ledger to create and track assets on the chain and performing transactions. It uses the Hyperledger Fabric Technology, which uses the Block-Chain consensus protocol in order to ensure that transactions are properly validated by business network participants. Helped in setting the cloud environment (Azure / BlueMix) for storing Block-Chain related external data. Provided mentorship, and technical leadership to direct reports along with tasks allocation. Led the team in the Agile/Scrum Environment in order facilitate the effective completion of tasks. Created and developed the application for the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Project for the company. This is based on a set of security standards that were created by the major credit card companies (American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa International) to protect their customers from identity theft and security breaches. Provided the technical solutions to reduce the possible risks incurred by Johnson Controls during Credit Card Transactions. Wrote concise functional designs / specifications for the Solution. These solutions include implementation of policies technically, which provide the company with governance principles to follow which align with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Collaborated with the Product team to identify the feasibility of the functional enhancements. Developed a POC and provided the Project Implementation for the team on a Data Management Systems (DMS) to transfer file data from the manufacturing plant into Cloud Server for data manipulation purposes.
