piTracker is a Python application that uses a GPRS/GSM and Raspberry Pi to track the device's location. This early prototype of the application checks for location via GPS every 5 minutes and sends a text message to the user with a Google Maps link to the device's current location.

I've worked in a number of Systems Monitoring roles, using products such as Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, Spiceworks, Splunk, and Nagios.

I specialize in automating monitoring systems to minimize the traditional "eyes on glass" approach taken by most organizations. In past roles, I've automated these tasks by scripting against the organizations CRM, ERP, or other DBMS systems to determine support groups for each problem type, and automating alerting and escalations.

In various projects over my career, I've built Windows migration images, using Microsoft System Management Server (later System Center Configuration Manager) and the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.

I've been involved in every phase of the migration process, from architecting the migration, to scripting the auomated edployment packages, to customizing the Operating System and developing the deployment packes through System Center
