 Working with the onsite BSAs to understand requirements.

 Designing HTML pages that can be used with MVC / AngularJS / Angular.

 Creating model, repository, and business logic layers with Entity Framework.

 Creating RESTful Services to provide data to application and other internal systems using Web API.

 Using Stylecop, FXCop to deliver highly consistent and maintainable code.

 Using TFS for code management.

 Leading and providing AngularJS, Angular, MVC and design related suggestions to peers and guidance to subordinates.

• Working in an agile team with onsite product owners to understand requirements.

• Using Stylecop, FXCop to deliver highly consistent and maintainable code.

• Tracking progress of policy and providing it to tracking system through service calls to generate notifications accordingly.
• Generating correspondence for advisor and client.

Communicating with several external vendor systems to post and fetch underwriting data using ACORD standards.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the business and BSA’s to understanding the requirements.
• Designing Windows Forms, MVC pages.
• Creating data and business logic layers with ADO.NET and Entity Framework.
• Creating and managing functions and stored procedures on SQL Server 2012.
• Creating RESTful and WCF Services to communicate with internal and external systems and vendors using industry standards.
• Creating deployment MSI setup package, VeraCode scanning to ensure high quality code and change management.

Allstate Investments consists of different small applications varying from desktop application to web applications in insurance area. These were developed to be used internally by different departments to ease them in managing, reviewing, auditing, reporting, automating some manual tasks related to investment management (fixed income, equities, derivatives, commodities etc.). It had different sub categorizations based on area of operation. The applications supported functionalities like,

• Managing assets, party, underwriter and other information.
• Tracking and managing collateralized securities.
• View, edit and maintain data in the oracle database tables.
• Create view and export reports in spreadsheets.

Creating and displaying audit information for users.

Responsibilities:

• Working with onsite and BSA’s to understanding the requirements.
• Designing Windows Forms, ASP.NET pages.
• Creating data and business logic layers with ADO.NET and custom client framework.
• Creating and maintaining packages, functions and stored procedures on Oracle 11g database.
• Working with internal and vendor teams in case of issues to identify and resolve issues.
• Managing and deploying updated database packages and code using change management tools.
