Description
I was responsible for ensuring the DocuSign (DS) & Conga Composer Apps were installed, configured properly and working. I managed and maintained the connection between these two Applications as well.
In DS I created Custom Tags and confifured documets to use those tags properly.
In Conga, I created multiple Templates, Queries and Solutions, including cross object queries, and customized solutions that utilzed "Parameters" for items such as defaulted output format, and saving documents as Files within Salesforce.
I also custom designed MS Word documents with look-up or reference fields to Salesforce, as well as custom code, enabling documents to "Dynamically" build based on criteria from Salesforce.

Data Integrity has been a core function of my responsibilities at every company I have worked at. I have:
1. Exported Data, Sent data to respective Reps, Managers, and Marketing Staff for validation or correction, Uploaded valid data back into SFDC using Dataloader.
2. Created rules and restrictions within SFDC to stop or dramatically reduse duplication of data.
3. Created Workflow Rules, Validation Rules and Processes (Flows & Process Builder) to reduce duplicate data or invalid data.
4. Configured fields within SFDC, removing Open Text fields and replacing them with picklists, drop downs, checkboxes and formula fields.

4 Into 1
Description
Migrated 4 different SFDC Orgs into one (1) new SFDC Org.
The primary tool for migrating the data was the Dataloader. Data was exported from the old SFDC Org. Load sheets were built and verified for field mapping into the new SFDC Org. Data was then uploaded into the new SFDC Org.
Field Mapping was critical as I used custom record types (account record type, user record type, opportunity record type, etc) as I was mixing data from four (4) different product lines into one (1) new SFDC Org. and seperation was necessary between product lines in the new Org.
Established sharing rules, custom page layouts, custom profiles and permission sets and field level security buth for visibility and access.
