eGRC is an end-to-end risk and compliance management product of Thomson Reuters serving approx. 100+ clients across various industries globally. This is a maintenance and support product. Primarily this product used for audit management. It allows creating different levels of organization structure/hierarchy, business processes and associated risks and controls. It has rich/dynamic UI developed using Flex. It communicates with backend server mostly through SOAP web services. Here the pages/forms are dynamic (also called smart form) in the sense, page can be completely customized in terms of look and feel, fields, rules on the fly without any code change and deployment. This project hooked with User Management application with help of Single Sign on.

This project based on supporting and maintaining the applications, which are running for material planning to manufacture the cars. There are six applications on which I work, they are: MAS, FLF, and VCLAS. All have different purposes using which material is automatically planned and every hour 62 cars are manufactured at Volvo cars Torslanda, Gothenburg, Sweden. I have worked on various activities and proved myself such as; Proposing the best possible solutions to the business developed a VCOM conversation mechanism between two applications so that they can communicate.

​​​​New Vista Application provides a common vehicle ordering (order creation, maintenance, reporting etc.) system for Volvo brand for around 35 markets excluding North America. It is a dealer and market order management application supporting the submission, amendment, contracting and transfer of Volvo Car orders. In the Order to Delivery process, the dealer in the New Vista application places Order. Vista sends the approved order to the Car Info System (CIS) for acknowledgment. CIS sends the Order to be built to the factory. Factory plans for the order to be build and sends the confirmation message to CIS.CIS system aligns the order status with Vista application through interfaces. Once is order is build, TMS system ensures order is delivered to the dealer and handed over to the customer.
