Architect of core services and features for walker, owner, data warehousing/BI, and infrastructure aspects of the system. Interfaced with product, QA, engineering, devops, and data science divisions regularly to ensure course and designs were serving the organization holistically. Personally designed and coded many facets of the core system, including auto-scheduling, travel distance, and a suite of customer-service tools for managing both walker and owners.

Architect of core products, as well as programmer of much of the infrastructure used to build the suite of products from. Identified, interviewed, hired and managed both development and creative staff. Worked closely with CEO on marketing initiatives and funding presentations.

Managed 12-person team of in-house and remote developers, QA resources and product managers. Re-designed and significantly improved existing iOS app as well as platform serving consoles, web, mobile, and connected devices. Optimized team (200% increase in productivity) into a cohesive, high-functioning, cross-discipline group capable of moving quickly in response to the large number of platforms, distributions, and partnerships required by the business. Improved process, velocity, code quality, and overall throughput of engineering team via implementation of best practices learned and cultivated through my years as a consultant.

Designed, architected and implemented mobile platform for primarily eCommerce-based application, including data stores, middleware and front-end. Led team of 7 developers, distributed between Los Angeles and Cincinnati, OH, through analysis, design and development phases using an Agile-based methodology. Worked very closely with Product Manager to conceive, design and develop UX best practices, presentation and workflow. Oversaw QA efforts and process, as well as managing all aspects of release and distribution.
