• Design, Configure, Testing and implementing newTAVC business processes and procedure in LMP as a Distribution functional BA.
• Performing design, configuration, development, testing and implementation of solution changes in accordance with existing LMP DOD change life cycle including Logistics, Inbound and Outbound IDOCS errors.
• Analyzed Inbound DLMS/MILS transaction mapping with SAP fields and fixed mapping issues of interfaces.
• Fixed existing issues with update of configuration or technical objects for Sales Order, Outbound Delivery or UB Stock Purchase Order to support logistics DLMS/MILS LMP business process.
• Developing change requirements documents, change design documents, buisness process models, test scripts, functional specifications, process scenarios, business process procedures, peer review documents, cutover plans, validation plans, standard procedures in accordance with existing LMP DOD change life cycle.
• Fixed existing Production issues and interact with other government organizations and trading partners to improve production daily business process by reducing massive IDOCs errors.
• Interacting with other organizations to integrate S&D processes/solutions with other business processes/solutions such as QB, MM, ACQ, WMIM, MRM, PS & Finance.

• Responsible for gathering business requirements for USA and Canada business to implement project successfully to save overhead cost and improve company financial.
• Responsible to manage work, schedule and resources to complete each phase of the project based on defined project schedule.
• Responsible support requirements/projects based on business priorities, which require to collecting requirements, configured system, Testing, Support UAT Testing, Go-Live support and Hyper care.

Supporting Client management and Vendor management to provide daily and weekly status based on project schedule.

• Responsible for stream line USA and International SAP OTC production system.
• Responsible to deliver new OTC requirements/projects based on business priorities, which require to collecting requirements, Configured system, Testing, Support UAT Testing, Go-Live support and Hyper care.
• Responsible to fix and provide solution on production issues from Sales Order to Billing including A/R.

Supporting High level Management for status on on-going OTC production issues and new requirements/Projects on weekly basis.

• Completed decommissioning of Canada Legacy system and implement Canada SAP Finance including Vistex MDM.
• Design SAP Mater data Inbound and Outbound IDOC/EDI setup between SAP and Non SAP system. Implemented Status Flow functionalities for approving Master Data changes.
• Supporting Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Performance and Volume Testing.
• Need to educate Business team and business partners for MDM functionalities to satisfy business process.
• Responsible for Business User Accepting Testing and Go-Live activities.
