I am working as a Software Specialist for client Metlife insurance Mexico in Majesco LTD.

MetLife is life insurance company, offering life insurance and retirement savings products, medical expense insurance, and investment products to groups and individuals in the private market.

We are providing to MetLife, policy bill collection system which will help to reduce to time of execution of payment system and will analyses bank and its available time. And it will also help to improve efficiency and effectiveness of payment of policy.

I was responsible for data migration process of MDS entities into Provider Management tool for NTSP client. I also provided optimized solution for ETL data loading process and sql script execution time and below other activity.

Task:-

• Provides solution for Creating Deployment sql Scripts for application/unit deployment.
• Plan, design and implement database code objects, such as Creation of Tables, Constraints, Adding Indexes on required attributes ,Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions (UDFs),complex query, query tuning.
• Provides solution for Performing necessary query optimization on the Queries.

SANDLOT was US based IT company which worked on helth care domain. they haveEDI 837 Insitution and Professional project.

TheEDI 837transaction set is the format established to meet HIPAA requirements for the electronic submission of healthcare claim information.

The claim information included amounts to the following, for a single care encounter between patient and provider:

• A description of the patient
• The patient’s condition for which treatment was provided
• The services provided
• The cost of the treatment

This information in the form of EDI Format was required to be migrated into the database.
