Description

OFSA (Oracle Financial Services Analytics Applications): the system is used to calculate “transfer pricing” by JP Morgan for provision” of a business unit’s funds is approximated. The transfer price, known in OFSA as the funding amount, is calculated using a funding rate, which is the interest rate at which Treasury provides (i.e. the offer Rate) or receives(Bid Rate) money for or from the Business Units.

As the system(OFSA) is going to migrate into three different systems that is COFE – APAC,COFE – EMEA, COFE – AMERICA separate servers setup, databases creation, code migration and front – end applications formation need to be done.

Responsibilities:

  • Created new procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and SQL*Loader scripts, and modified existing codes, tables, views, and SQL*Loader scripts
  • Incorporated business rules and constraints and created new tables for all modules.
  • Created the procedure that performs table partitioning according to the situations.
  • Created the package that performs MV’s refreshment.
  • Created the procedure that performs exchange partitioning.
  • Worked closely with Administrator for proper backup and recovery plans.
  • Created user id’s and granted them with appropriate roles and privileges after having discussions with all application owners in the project.
