A reputed and one of the largest banking entity of Malaysia has data warehouse and MSBI project to get the submission from different user groups / reporting entity and convert the submission data into business understandable reports for end users.

In the Enterprise cluster of Suncor Energy, there were 4 applications handled by the team: Operator Log Tool (OLT), Swipe Report, Lenel, Meridium. Suncor Energy is a Chemical & Petroleum client for IBM. Supervisors, Operators, admins at the refinery use to log every actions / activity in the OLT tool. Meridium is a work flow management tool. Lenel & Swipe Report is to capture contractors swipe data and to use report for further calculations.

NBS (Nationwide Building Society) is a British mutual financial firm and the largest building society in the world which provides Internet Banking, Mobile Banking services with Mortgages, Personal Loans, Current Accounts, Credit Card, Savings & insurance products to its customers. Nationwides internet banking application and mobile app allows banking capabilities for a vast range of browsers, operating systems and mobile devices and facilitates users to perform critical activities such as viewing transactions, Download statements, Fund transfer, Set up Direct Debits, Manage personal details, apply for overdraft, savings, mortgages, personal loan, etc.

SGN (Scotia Gas Networks) is the holding company and corporate identifier of Scotland Gas Networks. Scotland Gas Networks covers the whole of Scotland and south & south-east of England. It provides a safe and secure supply of natural gas to 5.8 million customers through 74,000km of gas mains and services. GSMR (Gas Safety and Meter Regulations): The GSMR Application comprises of many functionalities which handles the whole gas network system. These includes meter allotment, meter removal, survey checklist for meter, meter and customer verification etc. GSMR controls the flow from meter installation request to complete meter disconnection process while taking care various steps in between.

D8513 Data Migration: This project was primarily responsible for conversion, transformation and data migration activities involved in Sprints VOIP cable service. This project is responsible for conversion of Time Warner Cable (TWC) and WOW cable partners from the existing OIDB/SOE/RPM/ICON provisioning platform to the newer CAPT platform. Most of the coding involved here was modifications to existing processes used in previous conversions. However, the scale of this conversion was quite large as TWC has approximately 4.5 million customers at this time; hence newer applications have been developed to carry out the data transformation required for the migration. 8 involved SSIS packages were used to extract data from legacy systems during migration runs of various cycles. 10 Windows Applications were used to perform various data conversion tasks and to generate various data reports for each phase of migration.

CAPT is Sprints Cable Automated Provisioning Tool system. It receives and processes VoIP orders sent by the Cable Partner Companies for wire-line services (residential and commercial). It manages the order flow and service provisioning throughout all hardware/software external systems. CAPT Dashboard: The CAPT system comprises of many win services, web services and db jobs made up of DTS packages. The idea behind the dashboard is before the system and E2E testing is began on any environment we should know the status of the win services, web services and db jobs. SSIS packages involved fetches data sample from the production which in turn can be tested by this utility. Using the dashboard, one can be able to do a sanity test of the environment and thus be ensured that the system is up and running. This avoids waste of testing time and efforts.

CAPT Website Remodeling: Official website of CAPT system of SPRINT is able to facilitate the authorized user to view type, status and complete description of orders which have been made for a particular telephone numbers either residential or commercial. User also is able to move orders from one status to another. CAPT Website was built on ASP.Net 2.0. Then it has been transferred to new GUI using new features like AJAX and minimizing DB hits to improve its performance.

CAPT Ticketing and Reporting Tool: It is the tool which takes care of maintenance part of CAPT system. This tool is responsible for managing different types of ticket raised by end-user for the functionality improvement, change or to report any error. Here user is able to generate/ assign new ticket and can update later if required. Through this utility authorized user is also able to generate various reports such as quarterly report for total completed orders filtered by order type, and report for orders jammed at particular status for both multiline and single line orders.
