As a team lead/team member responsible for following activities;

Provide application specific technical insight and recommendations in assessing new requirements and initiatives to support and enhance core-banking solution –Oracle FLEXCUBE CORPORATE for CITI bank Asian pacific region. Cost and effort estimation for Oracle Flexcube customizations and lead the process to go through SDLC with the related stakeholders and deliver quality deliverables as per agreed timelines. Also, involve in coding, peer code review and maintaining records by documenting system software changes and revisions

Worked as onsite consultant for Oracle FLEXCUBE CORPORATE - Citi Bank. As a Techno functional support consultant, responsible for following activities;

• Building strong technical partnership with local and global development teams to collaborate in system, environment and improvement. Leading projects and initiatives within global team to implement new strategies, manage events like infrastructure change, software releases business continuity tests etc. In addition, managed production changes made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines and data management. Prioritizing workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Chairing outage resolution conference calls, managing significant incidents and coordinating communications within the environment. Initiating, growing and shaping processes procedures and strategies to make them more efficient. Participating in knowledge transfer to ensure better grasp of the product and domain. Achieved robust and consistent source versioning process by converting existing source version system to GIT Bit-Bucket. Also, lead implementing IBM U-Deploy/Team City process and by this achieved automated source release and promotion process. Provided detailed solution centric approach with impact analysis to various regulatory critical requirements and initiatives to support and enhance core-banking solution –Oracle Flexcube for CITI bank Asian pacific region.
• Cost and person-days effort estimation up to 180 days for Oracle Flexcube customizations and lead the process to go through SDLC with the related stakeholders and deliver quality deliverables as per agreed timelines. Also, involve in coding, peer code review and maintaining records by documenting system software changes and revisions.

• Worked as senior software engineer, with responsibilities included as part of Business report design and support team for the client Bell Corporation Canada.

• Worked as a technical analyst with Oracle FLEXCUBE CORPORATE Consulting and Global Support Team, with responsibilities include customization/support team member for Oracle FLEXCUBE CORPORATE v6.3 to v11, which requires expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms Developer 6i/10g suite.
• Played pivotal role in supporting Oracle Flexcube production issues and UAT issues support during testing of new customization and fixes. Participated in documentation of functional testing scenarios for Oracle Flexcube Corporate to assist bank IT users.
