Global services(GS) is a very big part of B.T telecom on global level telecom services. GS have many routers which are facing critical failures which interrupts their services on global level. The client needed a machine learning model to predict and forecast the faults. To solve this, syslog of router is analyzed to understand and build the machine learning rules to capture the faults and also used latest machine learning techniques to forecast the faults over time.

Given Database/Machine/Text log Using Modified Algorithm (LDA) to find patterns of Problem, using that predict the fault and priority of faults and these whole process is automated.

In this paper using neural network and computer vision algorithms on the live images of driver taken from the camera has been classified into different category of distraction.

Openreach is an independent body of BT which mostly deals with the services related to telecom and broadband

request for different customers in UK. Client wants to predict fora given order how much time it will take to

complete and duration of each process in the order. If order is going to be delayed they want to know in advance the

root cause for that.
