• Involved in the Design and Development of the new enhancement Rental model for the Existing WOC application
• Involved in the Unit testing/functional testing of the new functionality.

• Taken the KT from the Cuscal Support team and prepared the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document.
• Organized the daily catch up meeting for discussing the outstanding incidents with onshore Cuscal team and bring down the outstanding incidents counts from 48 to 5.
• Analyzed the outstanding incidents and prepared a document with issue details, Investigation steps details, root cause of the issue, resolution steps.
• Involved in creating the Change records and getting the approvals from the stack holders.
• Involved in presenting the Change Record in Change-Advisory Board (CAB) and getting the approval.
• Involved in the deployment of the release packages from the Vendor to Production.
• Involved in the preparation of report of KT progress, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting them to Cuscal.

Involved in the Support for lower environments when testing’s team was having issues with the environments.

• Involved in the adding and modifying the Model, View and Controller files based on the change requirements.
• Involved in the Back End Development, adding/debugging of Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Writing new SPs for report and transactions.
• Involved in creating and executing Unit Testing using HP Quality Control (QC) tool.
