It plugs into an existing OSS/BSS infrastructure providing service interfaces (CRM) to connect to the system. The core product named as Gold is used to handle different customer actions like creating a new telecom based service, rating them and get the realtime/post paid bill out of that. The core product need to be kept abstract with another wrapper to make it more secured and user friendly.I have created high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility and functionality with existing platforms.It was a SOA wrapper on the core product with a very simple graphical interface.My responsibilities were to handle a team of developers , documentation and QA to carry out scrum based development phases

Napier healthcare has existing product for EMR and HIS which runs across India. I was an associate to design a billing module which can be applicable in US market. This includes claim posting and cash collection in electronic and manual mode. This is mainly in the healthcare domain with service oriented architecture in spring framework where total billing process in a hospital is involved maintaining HIPPA and CMS norms. Co-pay, co-insurance are calculated as per the rules. Filled up forms always maintain X12 ANSI standards for 710,712 or 837,835 forms. I was involved in designing the software including requirement capture and maintaining scrum team.

Worked as a scrum member in the current project. This is a project in the insurance domain. Main user of the product is Bank of America. Through this application user the medical claiming agency under Bank of America can provide detailed report about the proceedings of the claims taken by the policy holders. It was a tendency of the general users to claim medical insurance from multiple agencies, which needed to be fixed and we provide the solution with our product.

This project deals with medical insurance files that comes in the system. It monitors schedule for file arrival and provide detail status of the file arrival. Files can also be analyzed to fetch the details of all the records in the file. An automated engine populates the calendar/schedule. A listener automatically listens when a file arrives in a directory and populates the database. The dashboard shows the schedules and file arriving details.

The project is to make a J2EE based tool which can create an application for healthcare insurance firms. The tool is able to generate new policy as per the need of the customer and find proper cost for that. I worked as a business analyst for this project. I have worked along with architect and designer to formulate the output of the product.There are various claim processes which need customer to be validated prior to fulfilling the request.This tool helps to create forms for interfacing with the customer. Applying validations are through wizards. All the calculations are done in the back when the wizard is run.I was involved in developing this tool
