Managing a team of 18 members which includes Microservices developers, testers and AWS DevOps experts. Involved in requirement discussions, architectural discussions, defining, monitoring and validating the tasks. Also act as a Scrum Master along with other people and team management tasks.

Led team of 10 to 12 with technical roles for defining and implementing interfaces with RIO Cloud Services. Migration of solutions and services to AWS Cloud.

Led a team of 8 people working in different technologies varying from Java to .Net and Android to SQL Server. Involved as a designer, developer, guide and mentor for the team. Leads the new requirements meetings and providing estimation.

Technologies – Core Java, Netty 4.x, Spring, Hibernate, Active MQ Server, MS SQL Server.

Led the migration of all the legacy applications. From JDK 5 JEE5 to JDK 7 JEE6, refactoring all EJBs to work with EJB 3.1, migrate Security architecture from using Groups to JAAF Standard. (BMW created JAAS/JACC implementation), Weblogic application server to Glassfish v3 application server.
